Placing an order requires a signed agreement and deposit. Order details, payment schedules, lead times, and cancellation terms are set out in your contract. Once fabrication begins, orders generally cannot be cancelled or modified.
Installation and warranty
Installation is performed by factory-certified technicians. Workmanship and product warranties are provided as described in your signed contract and manufacturer documentation. Warranties may be voided by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform routine maintenance.
