After repeatedly servicing doors that had been installed, the idea of creating a door and window company emerged. How long will it take to get my order?

We pride ourselves in a seamless delivery process. If it's a custom order approximately 90 days to delivery. However some standard sizes are in stock for immediate shipping.

How are your products made?

We use high quality 6063 T-5 aluminum extrusions. Industry standard Pilkington owned SYP IGU glass in 2 or 3 pane configurations. Our bi-fold hardware is mostly German, handles and hinges are sourced from around the world depending on application.

Do I need to hire my own installer?

We prefer to install with our own vetted and accredited installation companies across the United States. However if your Builder/installer is your preference to use we have in-depth information available by phone or the videos online here on the website.

How do I measure my opening?

Your opening should be measured for its actual rough opening size, then it must be checked for squareness. Checking for squareness involves measuring diagonally from corner to corner, and making sure that those dimensions match. If the dimensions match diagonally (like an X) then you have a square opening. Placing a square door or window into an obtuse rhomboid will not be easy. Once you have the Square rough opening dimensions, deduct 1" for doors, or deduct 1/2" for Windows.

ie: a 120 inch opening will require you order a 119" door, or a 119.5" window.
